Surveys, bottom painting, blister repair, shaft alignments, etc. are all often performed in the yard. At the megayacht facility, we have six slips of alongside dockage capable of receiving vessels to 250 LFT. Connections include 50 amp, 100 amp, 100 amp 3 phase, and we can have a 480V pedestal connection installed if required. We are only 1.5 miles from the Biscayne Bay and only 1 mile from downtown Miami. This makes it convenient to berth for a while and enjoy Miami.

To the west, is a full service boatyard operated by Norseman Shipbuilding for yachts up to 90 lft. To the east, is 630 lft of deep-water alongside berths for megayachts or superyachts up to 240 lft.
