It is ideal for waterproofing of any surface which has moderate foot traffic. Uses: Mr. expert PBR is used as waterproofing compound for slabs, terraces, balconies, basements, parapet walls, water tanks, Ac sheets, roofs, decks etc. etc. It is also used as bonding agent for old and new constructions. Salient Features: Easy to apply. Apply by brush. Easy to maintain No technical workmen needed. Resistant to salty water, humidity and atmospheric changes UV resistant Excellent elastomeric properties Provides strong for water and moisture Economical Low dirt pick up. Easy to clean Tough but flexible Can be used with reinforcing fabrics. Good abrasion properties Finest chemical resistance. Excellent thermoplastic properties. Fast drying Freeze/thaw resistance. No blistering, cracking and peeling. Finest exterior durability Fine adhesion properties. Application: Clean the surface with wire brush. Remove the dust and dirt etc. remove old weak coating(if any) such waterproofing coating, brick bat coba,debris etc.wash the surface with plenty of water. Let it dry for three hours. Mix 1 liter Mr. Expert PBR with 2 kg cement of good quality. Fill cracks with this mixture. Mr. Expert fills cracks completely with cement up to 1 mm. For bigger cracks use polyurathene sealant if required. let it dry for 8 hours. Mix 1 liter Mr. Expert PBR with 1 kg cement. Stir thoroughly. Apply first coat on the surface. Let it dry for 12 hours. Apply second coat and allow 24 hours to hard dry. Precautions: Do not allow water to enter surface. Do not mix water with Mr. Expert PBR. Avoid foot traffic for 48 hours.
