The device is composed by a stainless steel cabinet and the internal working stations are composed as follow:
1st Station = Vulkollan shaped plate thickness 8 to 10 mm ( Hardness 90 shore )
roughly cleaning and drying the tubes by scraping . Every tube has its dedicated scraping plates .
2nd Station = special washing /cleaning tubes by 4 nozzles flushing hot water is at 70°C approx from a tank

on closed circuit with the washing device having a proper heating resistance and filtration system + pump .
3rd Station = special air blowing off nozzle air drying tubes . The nozzle are specially featured for air saving at low noise
Normally the shape of the nozzle is horse shoe but can also change according weith tube sizes and shapes . (see pictures)
