The copper clad aluminum busbar has the following technical features:
Good conductivity: AC current capacity of copper clad aluminum busbar whose copper volume ratio is 15% is 85% of pure copper busbar.
Low weight: Density is only 37%-40% of pure copper busbar. In other words, CCAbusbar length is 2.5-2.7times of pure copper busbar in the same weight.
Good mechanical property: They have good tensile strength and flexibility and extensibility and firm metallurgy bonding.
Good extensity and productivity: It can be punched, sheared and bended. In order to improve anti-corrosion property, tin or zinc can be coated on the surface of copper.
