Sub-factory one offer PCB assembly service . Its High precision equipment can catch 0201 size chip component. There are 9 SMT line and 2 DIP line. Capability of 4 million chips can be assembled each day will guarantee your urgent order.
Sub-factory two is specialized in SCR producing. They produce various thyristor module and can replace Sanrex completely.
In order to compliance with ROHS, we revised our process from Feb. 2005, and have start ROHS standard PCB and PCBA production from then on.
