Currently, there are 3 types of mixer, i.e.: straight blade, bended blade and arrow-shape blade. In the mixer produced by us, we use bended blade. The bended blade turbo mixer can cut zymotic steam and keep it flow towards axis. Comparing with straight blade turbo mixer, under a same condition for diameter, rotate speed, width of blade, mixer with bended blade consumes less power, but produce good result. Currently it is used wildly at home As per the motor, we use Y-motor (horizontal) and YJL motor (vertical). Normally we use vertical motor for mixer with nominal volume less than 15m3, but also can use horizontal motor. The connecting tube for tank is quite important to fermenter. Based on our experience, it is rather reasonable for position of connecting pipe we design, is quite convenient for manual operation, and the size of connecting pipe has been calculated. If any specific requirements are different for our normal one, we shall design additionally.
