Inject RO pemeated water or desalted water into washing tank, circulates the mixed solution in washing pump,then heat the mixture to the highest temperature specified by membrane manufacturer. Cirlulates for 30 minutes towards water inlet, according to specified washing flow rate recommended by the membrane or systems manufacturer. If the value is lost,please refer to our technical manual.If heavily polluted, please release intial backflow around 15% volumn of washing tank to prevent pollutants adhere the surface of membrane again. For multi-stage systems,wash each stage separately to get the best effect.if cleaning solution becomes turbid or PH value is beyond the recommended volumn,please release the cleaning solution and wash other stages with new solution.Cleaned with RO permeated water prior to refunction of machines.
