Oil regeneration station SMM (P) – 0,7 Bitumen emulsion system UVB – 14 is designed to prepare emulsion, mixtures for road construction and road repairs, it is used: - to prepare old road base for asphalt-concrete; - to prepare cold asphalt-concrete mixtures; - for surface treatment of roads; - for patch road repairs; - to ensure water-tightness of buildings as well as for soft roofs. The mill serves finished modified emulsion into the storage or motor tar sprayer. After process finished the block is washed out with water. Liquid blending system USB is designed for mixing (blending) and dissovling liquids in the flow including vegetative additions, it blends 2 to 5 separate components, particularly low-octane gasoline with high level oxygen additions, biodiesel with diesel oil and additives. The station can be used at oil-refining and food industry enterprises and filling stations. Special features of the above-given station are in octane number raising by means of injection method and ultrasonic blending system. That allows to avoid the break down of derived product within 180 days. - Vacuum oil adding system UVD-4 is designed to fill up high-voltage oil hermetic inputs with gas-free transformer oil while repairing, mounting and operating power transformers. - Oil adding system UVD-4М - Sorbent reversible cartridges CP-260 are designed to dry transformer oil up with zeolit. - Sorbent catridges CP-260 - dryer box is designed to dry sorbent (discoloring clay) used in transformer oil regeneration stations. - Oil-heater Injection saturator model SI, SID, SID(М) is designed to blend water with carbon dioxide; saturators can be used at food industry enterprises specialized in producing mineral and table fizzy waters as well as various sweet and low alcohol drinks. Saturators SI-6000 are designed to saturate water with carbon dioxide and feed it next on to a filling line. Saturators – SID-6000 are to saturate preliminary deaerated water with carbon dioxide to reduce the maintenance of gases (air) and improve CO2 solution. Saturator substations SIDM-6000 are to produce various single and multi-component drinks with preliminary degassing of entry water.
