Stainless steel banding features the same as strapping, and be defined generally as heavy duty banding, different to light gauge strapping. In application, it actually denotes the same material as strapping but described by different users as banding or strapping. The product has been accepted widely in the clamping field due to its fastness, practicability, installation convenience, corrosion resistance and durability. The material is available in Stainless steel Type 201, Type 304, Type 316 etc., and surface is treated with 2B or Bright finish.
Our product features smooth and rounded edges to ensure safe handling, and intensify the edges, preventing the strap from being ripped.
Packing:
Typically packaged in 100 feet coils, film wrapped and then in carton box;
In bulk packing of 10~20 kg coils, upon clients' requirement, with film and kraft paper wrapped, then in plywood crates for ocean shipping.
Application:
Binding or installation of general things, connection of pipes, fixing of articles on poles, piping system, power equipment etc.. 100 feet per coil ( 30.5 mtrs ) |
