Polishing compound is evenly distributed to the flat surface of the sheets or plates, which will be polished with Rotating Buffing Felts until the surface reaches a highly reflective level. Polishing Compound feeds the work pieces continuously from the source and then is filtered & recycled by the assistant filtering system, which will afterwards, feeds the cleaned compound back to its source for reuse. After Polishing is done, work pieces will be treated by the following drying & cleaning unit before they are laminated with Protective Film for usage or further treatment.
