ABOUT ROWTEX POLY FABRICS
A variety of new technology future fabrics made from Polypropylene and Polyethylene and other polymers. These Fabric are made in with different technologies like Woven , Non Woven , Knitted and Extruded.
ROWTEX WOVEN
Made by constructing or interlacing extruded Poly strips or Tapes to form a pours and Strong Fabric Material. Our PP Woven Fabrics is Manufactured on Flat Sulzer Looms fabric & Circular Looms fabrics. We can Produce widths up to 5.25 Meters.
ROWTEX NON WOVEN
Poly fibers Spun bounded together to form a light and medium weight fabrics.PP Spun bond Non woven Fabric made by us is manufactured on German Machine “Reifenhauser” (Reicofil II) line and we can offer from 15gsm to 150gsm in max width of 3200 mm in various colours.
ROWTEX KNITTED
Poly tape and Poly Mono knitted in whole or individually to form spaced fabric. Shade Cloth and Shade net fabrics are made on 30 Karl Mayer flat knitting Looms that make up to 6 Meter wide Fabric.
ROWTEX EXTRUDED
Nets and Films of Polymer melted and extruded to form desired products . Made on Locally developed technology . These Machines can make nets from 20 grams per Sq Meter to 1500 grams per Sq Meter.
ROWTEX CONVERTED PRODUCTS
We have an in house converting department to make Various Converted products . Like Bags , Sheets , Specially designed packaging , Covers with elastic Piping , Retails packs etc . We also make advance Fabric materials with a combination of Rowtex fabric for Advance Technical applications. |
