Seller/Buyer approves the Final Draft and signs the electronic version 7. Seller prepares 5 original copies to be sent by courier (DHL or equivalent) to Buyer 8. Buyer returns 3 signed copies by courier (DHL or equivalent) 9. Buyer issues the Pre-advice Letter of Credit to Seller’s bank within 5 working days. 10. Seller checks the Pre-advice Letter of Credit and confirm buyer. 11. Buyer issues the operative Letter of Credit to Seller’s bank within 7 banking days 12. Seller issues the P.O.P. Bank to bank within 10 banking days maximum. 13. Shipment commences in accordance with the agreed schedule PAYMENT TERMS Letter of credit, transferable, irrevocable and divisible.
