Main Application
HLSG-200 mixed wet granular machine mainly used for particle preparation, it sets mixed, efficacy in one pelleting two, the system by Particle particularly suitable for film production and pressure capsule production, which can provide an ideal granular materials for tablet and capsule filling production process. The device can be used in areas such as pharmaceutical, food, chemical industry, health care products etc.
Principle of Operation
There are major driving force for local agencies, stirring agencies, institutions granulation, a material body, electronic control systems, such as several body parts, the main principle is adopted by the impeller so that the material in the mixed pot full body, opened evenly after the pelleting, finishing pelleting at the same time of mixing. The whole mixed pellet process is in a confined situation, in line with the "GMP" certification requirements.
