High-speed Water Ink Two-Colour Printing Machine
Mill Roll Stand
The machine is designed under full consideration of mechanics, heavy duty and drive system.
Performances
The operating platform is made of 6mm medium plate, with a chain-advancing manual feed system.
The printing roller is horizontally, axially and manually adjustable for ±10mm.
When the machine stops, the board can be raised by pneumatic power, in order to separate the knurled roller and the printing surface so that the rubber-covered roller and the knurled roller can rotate separately.
With pneumatic ink-supplying, filtering and circulating system
The wall can be separated both manually and pneumatically, and locked pneumatically.
Electric phase adjustment can be made at 360° both forwardly and reverse, easy to operate.
The thin-lube spray lubrication reduces noise, and increases service life.
Eccentric gear and manual speed reducer are used to separate the rubber-covered roller, knurled roller and down-press roller, to ensure the same engagement position.
The skewed-tooth drive gear is grinded, and the tooth is as thick as 50mm, making the drive smooth and accurate.
Frequency transformer and digital display are available according to customer requirement.
SM series can be manufactured according to customer requirements.
