All the doors are pre-hung and come with the jamb and threshold. Our standard jamb is 6” wide x 2” thick. We can do 7”, 8” and 8 9/16” wide x 2” thick jamb for custom orders. Our doors are manufactured in 12 gauge steel framing. 2. All the doors will be injected the polyurethane foam for insulation that is pumped into the tube. with this you will avoid excessive sounds and increase energy efficiency. 3. The Q-Lon weather stripping is used around the door frame, glass window frame and Astragal, making the door weather tight and waterproof. 4. The doors will be double bored with 54mm(2 1/8”) bore, 140mm(5 1/2”) center to center, and 70mm(2 3/4”) backset. 5. All doors are manufactured with 11/16” interior double-pane tempered insulated Low E glass panels. 6. We manufacture single or double doors, with sidelights or without them and with any arch shapes: full arch, flat arch, soft arch, square top, gates, patio doors or wine cellar entries, rails ,stairs, and grills. 7. Our doors are installed 3 heavy duty decorative ball bearing hinges per each door. 8. We can also custom build new designs according to the needs of the client. 9. We can do any colors as per customer’s sample color. 10. All the doors will be acid washed, sandblasting + hot zinc sprayed. And then primed with an epoxy primer, then with the black base coat, then the door is faux painted the surface color, and then clear-coated for final protection. 11. Packing: All the pre-hung doors be packed with bubble sheets and then 20mm thick foam,finally into wooden crate.
