Burner with UniMixture unit to mix the gas and air in a proper ratio having fine setting adjustments to control and achieve fine violet blue flame . Sensors mounted at the conveyor to detect the crate and starts igniting the burner to preheat the crate on both opposite sides at every cycle. The conveyor stops after a preset duration variable (as per customer ) when there is no crate on the belt conveyor . Company Profile: We are manufacturing Dry offset printing machines which are normally used for printing round objects like pen barrels, plastic containers and wide cylindrical / conic objects with a diameter up to 300 mm (12 inch). An etched plate on the plate cylinder contains the printing pattern. This cylinder is coated with ink by rollers and it transfers the pattern onto an intermediate roller, called the blanket cylinder. Several color stations can be placed around the blanket cylinder for multi-color designs. The blanket cylinder transfers the ink onto the part to be decorated. The process is characterized by thin, transparent ink films on a white or cream substrate. Fine details are possible and the registration of colors is very good.
