You may purchase HibiClens at a CVS Long's Drugs or Walgreen's for approximately $12.00 [It comes in a small light light greenish color and usually down the Isle where first aid such items are. You should also get rubbing alcohol or alcohol swabs or iodine solution to cleanse the injection site if you don't have one or the other. Iodine is what they use in hospitals but is much more expensive than alcohol swabs. Also, you want the puncture to heal fast as possible so you should get small band-aids as well as a GreenDot MoneyPak. ( Just kidding :D ) You want to take every precaution as I do myself. -The Process: -------------- I hope you have read the part above and checked out the sections on the website I recommended. Always wash your hands for a minimum of thirty seconds and to scrub hard during the thirty seconds. Also, If you don't want to shoot IV (Intra-Venously) or don't have knowledge on how to or have no experience yourself doing it to yourself, you must shoot Intra-muscular(IM) although it stings as you push the fluid in. Always make sure to wash your hands with Anti-Bacterial at least or HibiClens for at least 30 seconds of tough scrubbing before touching sterile equipment. (Personally, I use HibiClens then the alcohol pad) Then Once you have finished pushing the fluid in there, take out the syringe set it away from you and clean the puncture site again just for extra protection then put a small band-aid on it to put on it as it heals within 5 minutes.
