Full sheets only of rectangular sizes, we will cut the sheets to various sizes here. We are currently buying these products in North America but are evaluating a switch. We import other products already from all over Asia, and have been doing so since 1997. We will use the foam as packing material Total thickness of laminated would be 50 mm total. It can be made from 4 layers of 12.5mm, or 5 layers of 10mm, or 6 layers of 7.5mm, or any combination you like. Width and length, we prefer 1.28m x 2.3m. But we can also use 1m x 2.5m, or we can also use 1m x 2m if necessary. Color is white (natural color). No special color or fire retardant or UVI or anything. Nothing extra on foam, no anti-stat, etc.. We look for a source now that can provide the higher density. We already have many plants for the lower densities. 64 kg per cubic meter (so one sheet of 50mmx1mx2m weighs 6.4 kg) Volume is 1 x 40 ft HC per month of this density, and also additional possible business in lower densities. We need the price per cubic meter or per sheet for full 40 ft HC, for FOB port in Asia. Please specify your FOB port price, and also which port you would ship from. You must calculate all local charges and include in your price. We will pay only ocean freight from the port to USA, no additional fees. Qingdao, Ningbo, Shanghai, and Yantian ports are cheapest for us. We also use some foam made with higher foaming rates but it is difficult to import because of freight costs. We also use: 28 kg per cubic meter (so one sheet of 50mmx1mx2m weighs 2.8 kg) 19 kg per cubic meter (so one sheet of 50mmx1mx2m weighs 1.9 kg) You can quote these as well if you like and you also can just quote your standard density product as well, but ONLY if you can make the 64 kg density.
