Yuyao Tongyun Mould Co., Ltd. established in 1999, which is a mould-developing based manufacturer with high modern technology, advanced equipments and mass production capacity. Being a directing member of Yuyao Municipal Mould Association and group directing member of Mould Association of Ningbo, Tongyun Mould are awarded as "Unit of Keep Promise, Honor Contract", "Customer Trustworthy Unit" for many years and certified by ISO9001. Tongyun Mould locates in Yangtze River Delta, where is a geographically advantageous place, being 250kms away from the international metropolis of Shanghai, only 30-minute drive away from Ningbo Lishe Airport, 50-minute drive away from Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport and with Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressing and Railway passing through the whole locality. Through several years of development, Tongyun Mould covers an area of more than 10,000 square meters, including 8000 square meters of workshop. Her key equipments include SODICK low wire-speed wore-cutting machine, SODICK spark machine, OGIHARA 150-ton (180°) inverting and closuring mould machine, and six sets of CNC processing centers from Japan and Taiwan. Tongyun Mould is a back-up enterprise in the mould industry of Ningbo and one of the best mould-making enterprises in Zhejiang Province. Tongyun Mould has over 20 CAD & CAM mould designers and over 100 professional moulds-making technicians, who specialize in making high & middle leveled mould products, such as injection mould, steel mould, progressive mould and etc, and they are capable of mould designs of European-American Standard and of high quality of automobile injection plastics (bumper, inside gadget, filter), home appliances, set moulds of fume extractor (francium plate stainless steel) and etc. Meanwhile, Tongyun Mould are equipped with 50-315 tons liquid press machines and 90-300 tons of injection machines, we offer a complete set service of product design, mould developing, making, products shaping, etc..
