This production line is composed by two main block making machines(QT-15),a batching plant(PL1200 full automatic baching machine),2 screw cement conveyors and 2 portable conveyors.
For this kind of production line, equipped with PL1200 full automatic batching machine which can measure the aggregate material and fine material correctly,quickly,and then conveyed,lifted automaticaly. Owing to the instant and accurate batching, it can meet the demand of concretefor two block making machines, guarantee the matching and quality of concrete and guarantee the quality of block. So, this kind of producion line can equip 2 block making main machines. Because of the batching plant, your factory save 2-3 workers and fall the cost of factory,improve the workers' environment.
Compared with full-auto production line, the semi-auto production line equipped fewer machines, simpler in operate,lower requirement on workers. And because there are two main machines in the production line, so the capacity is higher than other single lines.
For this production line,it nees about 9 workers to operate. 1 for wheel loader, carring sand, scree,etc to batching plant; 1 for material batching, concrete mixing and block making system; 2 for forklift, moving stacked block&pallets to curing area; (after a day and night of cure)4 workers for cubing cured blocks together on tray and collect pallets together; 1 workers for carry cubed blocks to block storage area with forklift,and move the pallets to block making machines.
To set up a block plant with this production line, it needs about 6000 square meters of land space. most of the space is used as curing area. |
