Shuangyuan is specialized in producing wide range disc spring and spring washer.
Such as disc spring as per DIN2093, "K" disc spring for ball bearings,
High duty safety spring washer as per DIN6796, serrated safety washer"S" series and "VS" series.
Stainless steel disc spring by using material such as SUS304, SUS301.
As well as waved spring etc.
The characteristics of disc spring is "maximum force in minimum space". Specification of conventienal disc springs is as below: OD: 8.0mm to 600mm Thickness: 0.2mm to 40mm Production as per the standard of DIN2093 and GB/T1972. We also can customize the disc spring as per customer's requirements.
Material: 50CrV4(51CrV4), 60Si2Mn, SUS304, SUS316, Inconel material etc.
Surface treatment: Oxidize bluing, electrophoresis, phosphating etc.
