ALFACUBE 3020 is an innovative 5 axes laser machine, with three
cartesian axes (X, Y, Z) and two polar axes (B, C).
The monolithic structure with on board laser source allows to greatly
reduce installation times and warranties a very high stability of
optical alignment.
The laser source has a laser beam path completely enclosed in the
movement system of the pressurized articulated arm, following the X and
Y axes movement.
The rotating axes (B,C) motors are in a fixed position and the
rotational motion is transmitted to the focusing head through coaxial
shafts.
This solution allows to obtain a head with reduced dimensions, capable
to be inserted in very narrow places during the machining. |
