The angle is built up with special structure cast. Insert-type structure is applied on frame and angle. Panel Structure A: TFseries AHU applies double-layer panel.Internal panel ap-plies galvanized steel plate, and external panel applies color steel plate. The space between the plates is filled with high-pressure hard polyurethane foam which possess higher heat insulating per-formance than other materials, such as glass wool. Therefore, the occurrence of cold bridge is prevented in different conditions. B: The panel is fastened with special process.Sealing material is used to increase the airtightness and the insulation. The panel performs better in insulating heat and noise, which makes it suit-able for the places requiring high air quality. Fan IF series Fan applies double-entry centrifugal fan,tested on dynamic and static balance, operating stably. Apply the world famous brand bearings. Filter Flat plate filter is used. The filtering material is washable nylon concavo-convex net. Cooling Coil The cooling coil uses the high quality red copper expanded with aluminum fins, and apply advanced workcraft expansion the two together without any space, every cooling coil pass the >2.5MPa leakage test, the unit designed work pressure is 1.6MPa.
