The V-block with fine tuning function up & down can fix workpieces steadily and accurately Max clamping diameter is ø70mm. 5105 PUNCH FORMER PF500 can be put on grinder machine with 818 mm2 to clamp large punches. It can shape quickly and precisely, with the moving function in left & right side and fixing block for oval grinding. The fine tuning function can adjust centre accurately. Using the fixing block and folding down the screw when large move is needed for left & right, can grind oval workpiece conveniently. Maximum champing outside diameter is ø70mm. 5110 PUNCH FORMER PFA Punch Former is an attachment for precision grinding different types of punches and electrodes of EDM on surface grinding machine and universal tool machine. It covers vertical & horizontal move for adjusting function for oval punch grinding. The punch former with crank possessing function for dressing grinding wheel into various cross sections of flat or curved shapes.
