It needs to be weatherproof, tamper resistant, equivalent to 40w incandescent with low heat output. We plan on using two units per shelter. One unit at equivalent of 80w may be acceptable too. Lumens output should be around 700+. It will be mounted on the ceiling which is at 7ft. It needs to be approved for the US market with RoHS and UL approval. It will be government approved before launch into market.
